Yoga is a union between body and mind and our personalised yoga practice will incorporate breath work, meditation, and physical postures. This will not be a strenuous practice, instead we will focus on grounding after our lovely walk in the forest allowing our minds to continue on the reflective tone of the day.

Begin your relaxation with a self massage using warm Ayurvedic oil and counterbalance the effects of a busy lifestyle and help release unwanted toxin. It is not possible to book massage sessions currently but we have the perfect answer as we have a Biomag Lumina magnetic therapy device which is used in rehab, spas and sports clubs and is useful for relaxation, rehabilitation and improving sporting performance.
